A user is a person who can sign in and start sessions. A managed device is a computer or server registered to your account. A concurrent session is a connection running at the same time as another connection.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Remote Individual, Professional, and Team as your needs change, and you can upgrade to LynxTrac RMM when you need monitoring and automation.
