This Privacy Policy describes how Pixbots Private Limited ("LynxTrac Remote", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit lynxremote.com or use the LynxTrac Remote service. LynxTrac Remote runs on the LynxTrac platform.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, billing address, and payment details.
  • Device information: details about the computers you register to your account so you can connect to them.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device metadata, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Session records: connection history and, where enabled, session recordings, subject to your plan and settings.
  • Communications: support requests, form submissions, and correspondence you send us.
  • Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide and operate LynxTrac Remote, including authenticating users and authorizing device access.
  • Manage your account and process billing.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
  • Send transactional messages about billing, security, and service updates.
  • Understand product usage so we can improve features, performance, and reliability.
