These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LynxTrac Remote, a product of Pixbots Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Account is a registered LynxTrac Remote identity. User is a person who can sign in and start remote sessions. Managed device is a computer or server registered to your account. Concurrent session is a remote connection running at the same time as another connection. Plans are the subscription tiers described on the pricing page.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or an authorized representative of an organization. Businesses must ensure the person accepting these Terms is authorized to do so.
3. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, report unauthorized access promptly, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be authorized to access any device you connect to.
4. License and access rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LynxTrac Remote for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, bypass security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Subscription plans and payment
Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Non-payment may result in suspension. You are responsible for applicable taxes based on your billing location.
6. Service availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. We may update or change features over time.
7. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service. Technical protections are applied, though absolute security cannot be guaranteed. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and only to access devices you are authorized to access. Prohibited activities are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All platform intellectual property, including software, designs, and trademarks, belongs to Pixbots Private Limited. Only the rights expressly granted in these Terms apply.
10. Third-party services
We are not responsible for the reliability or behavior of third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of others.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are resolved in the courts of India.
16. Changes to these Terms
Updates take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
